Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made using natural ingedients, which allow for the skin to thrive. Whilst we do have a number of customers who have very sensitive skin, we can not guarantee that individual products within our range are going to suit everyone. We would therefore recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (The inside of the wrist for example). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours then you should immediately wash the test area and discontinue use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
On each of our products you will find the standard Period After Opening (PAO) symbol which identifies the ‘lifetime’ of a product once opened for the first time. It can be used as a guide once your product has been opened. All of our products have a PAO of 12 months, however, this is just a guide and the products may last significantly longer than this. Unopened products have a shelf life of 2 years.
Why are there, at times, variations in the colour, scent and texture in your products?
Natural ingredients are produced on a smaller scale, compared to synthetic, which are more standardised due to mass production. Although we try our utmost best to ensure uniformity in scent and texture of our products, variariations, such as smell, feel, colour and texture, commonly occur with many natural products. These are dependent on different conditions, which include but are not limited to plant ingredients being harvested from different farms, at different times of the year as well as climate conditions.Unrefined ingredients such as Beeswax can sometimes be light yellow to almost a light brown. Shea butter can also vary in colour and have slight differing scents.Products containing a mixture of more than one component tend to have greater color variation.

Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals, only on willing human volunteers.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders with a value of R500 or more will automatically qualify for free shipping. Our courier will aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 3-5 working days from the day of payment (applicable to major towns within South Africa). Allow a few extra days for rural areas.We currently only ship to physical addresses within South Africa.
