Unlike ingesting magnesium, applying it topically means that it does not pass through the digestive system (which has a low absorption rate), liver, or kidneys, and directly enters the body. We have included MSM (methylsulfonylmethane); an organic compound, which provides biologically active sulphur. This works synergistically with the magnesium chloride to boost the effectiveness and assists with absorption through the skin. A blend of essential oils, carefully chosen for their anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, further enhances the effectiveness of our magnesium spray.

Directions:
Shake well before use. Spray daily onto skin, on sore areas or bottom of feet (before sleeping) and rub in until absorbed. Air-dry for best results. Skin can be rinsed or wiped after 20 minutes if desired. Test on a small patch of skin prior to first use, if irritations, discomfort or redness occurs, discontinue use. A tingling sensation may occur and should subside with consistent use. If you experience severe itchiness or have sensitive skin, rinse and dilute with an equal part of water for next use. Do not use on damaged/broken skin or on areas that have recently been shaved. If spray blocks, pull the pump apart and soak in hot water.
